PURPOSE: A centrifugal casting automation system is provided to remarkably improve the productivity and quality of a molded product by intermittently rotating multiple molds to a centrifugal casting section. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal casting automation system comprises multiple base frames(3), a vertical mounter(5), rotary frames(6), a ring-shaped plate member(12), molds(13), motors(16), controllers, a twisting prevention unit(30), a connection frame(4), a plate rail(23), wheels(24), rotating units(11), a solution injection unit, an operation member, a cutoff switch, and multiple guy wires(25). The vertical mounter is installed in the center of the base frames. The rotary frames are horizontally installed in the bottom of the vertical mounter in a radial direction. The plate member is installed on the top of the rotary frames. The molds are installed on the plate member at uniform intervals. The motors rapidly rotate the molds. The controllers supply power to the motors. The connection frame is installed between the base frames and the mounter. The plate rail is fixed to the top of the connection frame. The wheels are installed in the bottom of the rotary frame. The rotating units intermittently rotate the mounter, the rotary frames, the plate member, and the molds in a direction.
