PURPOSE:To grill sufficiently the inside of a foodstuff when the surface of the foodstuff is grilled in cooking even the thick foodstuff and shorten a cooling time by installing a ceramic-coated metal plate placed at the side of a Bunsen burner across the center part of a radiator installed between the Burner and a grill cover. CONSTITUTION:When a Bunsen burner 4 is burnt, a radiator 5 is red heated by its flame to emit infrared rays. At that time, a ceramic-coated metal plate 6 includes the exhaust of the flames of the Bunsen burner and is heated to 300 deg.C or more and emits far infrared rays. Because a foodstuff to be cooked put on a grill 8 receives both of the infrared rays emitted from the radiator 5 and the far infrared rays from the plate 6 and when the surface of the foodstuff is grilled by the action of the far infrared rays, its inside can be well grilled.
