PURPOSE:To make mass production performable, by joining an elastic body blank to a multitide forming metal plate and, after sintering or molding this in a metal mold, cutting a connecting piece being installed in the metal plate into pieces. CONSTITUTION:A flat-platelike core metal plate 5 and an external form part 6b becoming a peripheral edge of a bearing sealing material E having at least more than one piece of a connecting piece 7, which is situated at the outside of holes 6a and 6a coming into the same arrangement with a set metal mold making plural numbers of upper and lower metal molds 9a and 9a both are punched out into plural pieces. Next, a bonding agent is applied to the core metal plate 5, then elastic body blanks 8 are overlapped each other, sintering or molding this into desired forms with plural numbers of set upper and lower metal molds 9a and 9b, and a lot of seal parts 10 are made up at a time. And, the connecting piece 7 being installed in the core metal mold 5 having made up these seal parts 10 is cut off with a cutter 11 whereby the desired bearing sealing material E is produced. |
