<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer particle vaccine delivery system. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing polymer particles comprises conjugating a water-insoluble protein antigen, for example, a lipidated HpaA protein with particles composed of a polymer matrix and is used as a polymer particle delivery system.
