PURPOSE: A cylindrical secondary battery having two or more negative electrode tabs is provided to minimize internal resistance while providing the power suitable for power tool by including a plurality of negative electrode tabs. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery(200) is accommodated in a cylindrical battery case(230) in the state where electrolyte is impregnated in the jelly roll of a positive electrode/separator/negative electrode structure. The negative electrode(222) of the jelly roll is welded at the inside bottom(231) of a battery case via two or more negative electrode tabs(271,272). An insulating disc(260) is installed between the lower end of the jelly roll and the battery case, wherein openings(261,262) to which the negative electrode tabs passes through penetrates the insulating disc.
