PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve yield and reliability by combining an organic semiconductor using an SCLC(Space Charge Limited Current) with the organic semiconductor doped with acceptor or donor. CONSTITUTION: A first electroluminescent layer is formed between an anode(702) and a cathode(703). A second electroluminescent layer is formed between the first electroluminescent layer and the cathode. The first electroluminescent layer is overlapped with the second electroluminescent layer. The first and second electroluminescent layers include light emitting layers including organic materials. The cathode transmits light from the first electroluminescent layer and the second electroluminescent layer.
