In a method for transporting a rotor blade (1) to a hub of a rotor of a wind power plant, a dimensionally stable cross member (4) having a plurality of fastening means (7) distributed over the length of the cross member (4) is guided close to a surface of the rotor blade (1) and brought into contact with it. After force-locked attachment, the cross member (4) having the rotor blade (1) is brought into a position close to the hub of the rotor and aligned with a flange connection for a rotor blade base (3) such that connecting elements can be inserted. The rotor blade (1) is attached to the flange connection, and finally the fastening means (7) are released, so that the cross member (4) can be removed from the rotor blade (1). |
