The ship (1) has a superstructure with superposed decks (P1-P6). An outer passageway (CO) i.e. long corridor, of each deck is partly closed along its longitudinal side opposite to each passenger cabin (CE). A floor separates the passageways of two of the decks and is partially with a skylight. Air-conditioning unit (5) permits air-conditioning of the cabins with discharge of treated air from the cabins to the outside, via the outer passageways of the two decks to ensure ventilation of the passageways of the two decks respectively along longitudinal and vertical directions with the unit.
