PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Moju using a Makkoli is provided to enhance the yield of Moju and to improve freshness. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Moju comprises: a step of powder of ginseng concentrate, Cinnamomi Cortex concentrate, Puerariae Radix concentrate, jujube concentrate, and ginger concentrate, and purified water and mixing; a step of mixing Makkoli and purified water at room temperature; a step of mixing black sugar, citric acid, and purified water at room temperature; a step of mixing the prepared ingredients and filtering; and a step of sterilizing.
