PURPOSE: A communication method and device in a multi carrier system are provided to accurately define control signaling between multi carriers while reducing a load for blind decoding of a control channel. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication system(10) comprises one or more base stations(11). The base stations provides a communication service for specific geographic areas(15a,15b,15c). The base stations are a fixed spot for communicating with a terminal(12). A downlink means communication from the base stations to the terminal. An upper link means communication from the terminal to the base stations.
