DRIVING APPARATUS FOR LED LAMP

PURPOSE: An apparatus for driving an LED lighting lamp is provided to enable a user to freely select and use various AC or DC power sources. CONSTITUTION: An AC to DC converter(100) converts selected inputted AC power source into DC power. A DC power supply and charging unit(200) charges an internal battery, selects the charged power or battery power source for a car and outputs the selected power. A controller(300) outputs a global brightness control signal for controlling the brightness of a plurality of LED modules and a timing control signal for controlling a drive timing. An LED driver(400) drives a corresponding LED module(500) among a plurality of LED modules and drives the corresponding LED module according to a local brightness control signal set via an internal local brightness setting unit.
