PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-output power supply device which can output a plurality of voltages different in polarity by using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The multi-output power supply device 50 includes: a first output terminal OUT1 which is connected to the first end P1 of a secondary winding L2 of a transformer T1, and outputs a first voltage DCLNB corresponding to a secondary-side voltage V2; a first constant voltage element ZD1 connected to the first output terminal OUT1; and a second constant voltage element ZD2 connected between the second end P2 of the secondary winding L2 and the ground. The second output terminal OUT2 is connected between the first constant voltage element ZD1 and a current limit resistor R13. In this connecting constitution, the plurality of voltages different in polarity are output from the first output terminal OUT1 and the second output terminal OUT2 by properly setting the secondary-side voltage V2 and constant voltages of the first and second constant voltage elements ZD1, ZD2.
