<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical photoelectric conversion element improved in photoelectric conversion efficiency, and to provide a photoelectric conversion device using the element. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element includes a spherical first semiconductor 11 and a second semiconductor layer 12 which covers the surface thereof, the second semiconductor layer 12 having a window portion 14 for exposing the first semiconductor 11, and the first semiconductor 11 having a hole 16 opened at a portion thereof exposed through the window portion. The photoelectric conversion device includes a support 21 electrically connected to the first semiconductor or second semiconductor layer while supporting the element, a metallic sheet electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer or first semiconductor of the element of the element, and an electric insulating layer which insulates the support from the metallic sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
