PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fluid package which prevents the interior of a bag from firmly sticking at refilling, drinking and opening, can smoothly pour contents, necessitates no usage of a helper pipe, facilitates the sucking-out of the contents while leaving no contents in a bag, reinforces the stiffness of a plastic film constituting the bag, and improves a displaying effect at a shop front. SOLUTION: The provided manufacturing method of the fluid packaging bag is characterized by including a preparing process of two sheets of the plastic film on the inner surface of each of which uneven pattern with the cross section of a large number of lying down pillars, successively, a process of not fitting the uneven patterns to each other even if the plastic films are thrust with each other or for parallel-moving, slanting-moving or rotary-moving one of the plastic films if the uneven patterns fit with each other, and a final process for welding peripheries of the fixed plastic films.
