Provided is a laminate device using a hot plate capable of making the temperature of the processed material uniform during a laminating process. The laminate device comprises an upper chamber and a lower chamber partitioned by a pressing member, wherein a processed material (10) is arranged on a hot plate (20) provided in the lower chamber, the lower chamber is made to a vacuum and air is introduced to the upper chamber so that the processed material (10) heated by the hot plate (20) is pressed between the hot plate (20) and the pressing member and laminated. A plurality of heaters or heating units each unit being a pair of a heater (203) and a heat pipe (204) are provided in the hot plate (20), and at least one temperature sensor (207) is provided in each heater or pair of heater and heat pipe, or in every several heaters or pairs of heaters and heat pipes, so that the temperatures of the hot plate and the processed material can be controlled to be uniform by separately controlling the temperatures of the plurality of heaters. |
