PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent the distortion of a transmission image by suppressing the scattering of the transmission image. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting display device, a plurality of pixels are defined in a substrate having a transmission region between them. A plurality of thin film transistors are formed in the first side of the substrate and are arranged in the each pixel. A passivation film covers the plural thin film transistors and are formed in the transmission region and the pixel region. The passivation film has a first opening(229) in a part of the transmission region. A plurality of pixel electrodes(221) are electrically connected to each thin film transistor and are overlapped with the each thin film transistor to cover the each thin film transistor. Opposite electrodes are faced with the pixel electrodes and passes light while being arranged over the transmission region and the pixel region.
