PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic having excellent makeup sustainability and high moisturizing effect. SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic includes a cosmetic powder obtained by treatment with 1-15 wt.% based on the powder weight of a surface treating agent having a structure of a fluorine-containing copolymer prepared by polymerizing a fluorine-containing monomer and an alkylene glycol (meth)acrylate monomer and/or a fluorine-containing copolymer prepared by polymerizing a fluorine-containing monomer, an alkylene glycol (meth)acrylate monomer and di(meth)acrylate being a crosslinkable monomer, an oily component that is in paste form at 25°C and aluminum potassium sulfate 12 hydrate and/or sodium chloride.
