PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate with uniformity of irradiation light improved and a backlight module of a simple structure, using the light guide plate. SOLUTION: The light guide plate is provided with a bottom face with a plurality of first fine structures arranged in a matrix, and a light-irradiating face opposed to the bottom face and with a plurality of second fine structures arranged at random. The dimension of the first fine structures is larger than that of the second fine structures, and the density of the first fine structures is lower than that of the second fine structures.
