<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change, in accordance with the hierarchy, the way of displaying a terminal device having position attribute information different from the position attribute information that a terminal device which has made a display request has. <P>SOLUTION: When the control means 210 of a first terminal device 20A transmits, to a server 30, a present position display request including the present position and position attribute information acquired by the present position acquisition means 211 of the first terminal device 20A, the terminal position acquisition means 312 of the server 30 acquires the present position and the position attribute information of second terminal devices 20B-20F from a display object position database 315, acquires the information and the map picture of an area including the present position of the first and the second terminal devices from a map database 316, and transmits the map picture together with the information to the first terminal device 20A.
