<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce memory capacity for storing a parameter used to generate printing data. <P>SOLUTION: In the printing system, when a first image formed by a partial nozzle group of a nozzle train in which nozzles to eject ink are arranged in a predetermined direction, and a second image formed by another partial nozzle group are superposed and printed on a medium, information showing a range of the nozzle that forms the first image in certain image forming operation is stored in a first table, deviation in a predetermined direction of another partial nozzle group that forms the second image relative to the partial nozzle group that forms the first image is added to the range stored in the first table, and the range of the nozzle that forms the second image in certain image forming operation is calculated, information showing the range is stored in a second table, then printing data is generated based on the information stored in the first and second tables. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
