PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for mounting a reverse plate wherein air escape can be formed and the reverse plate can be operated smoothly, without reducing the sticking force of the reverse plate generated by an adhesive tape, even if the diameter dimension of the reverse plate becomes smaller than the width dimension of the adhesive tape. SOLUTION: The reverse tape 10 is stuck to a switching circuit board 80 by the adhesive tape 50. At the outer periphery of the reverse plate 10, coupling part cutting parts 11 are installed which are formed by cutting parts 101, coupled with a reverse plate coupling body 100 mounted with this reverse plate 10, and on the outer peripheral sides of the adhesive tape 50, cutting part exposing notches 51 are installed so that parts of these coupling part cutting parts 11 are exposed.
