PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent problems due to the occurrence of a universal joint backlash by suitably interlocking right and left operation units without using a universal joint. SOLUTION: A right and left interlocking mechanism 10 is provided between a left operation unit 8 and a right operation unit 9. For example, when rotating a left grip 8a of the left operation unit 8 in the direction of the arrow (A) about a first axis line 12, the rotating power is transmitted to the right operation unit 9 through a left first bevel gear 20, a left second bevel gear 22, a left first spur gear 24, a left second spur gear 25, a first wires 41 and 42, a right second spur gear 35, a right first spur gear 34, a right second bevel gear 32, and a right first bevel gear 30, and a right grip 9a is moved in the same operational direction as the left grip 8a as a result. When oscillating the left operation unit 8 in the direction of the arrow B about a second axis line 16, the oscillating power is transmitted to the right operation unit 9 through a left rotating member 27, a second wires 43 and 44, and a right rotating member 37, and the right operation unit 9 is moved in the same operational direction as the left operation unit 8.
