PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape roll which does not cause a railing phenomenon. SOLUTION: The cleaning adhesive tape roll is formed by winding an adhesive tape 2 in which one surface of a tape-like base material is an adhesive surface, with the adhesive surface 22 as the outside. In the adhesive tape 2, a band-like base material 5 for preventing the adhesive tape 2 from being torn along the feeding out direction is stuck on the adhesive surface 22 along the width direction of the adhesive tape 2 so that the base material is positioned on the end part in the feeding out direction of the adhesive tape 2 upon use, and the surface of the band-like base material 5 is a non-adhesive part coated with no adhesive material.
