[Means for Solving Problem] An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer composition comprising ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a crosslinker and trimellitic acid ester, wherein the trimellitic acid ester is contained in the range of 0.01 to 3.0 part by weight based on 100 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
