PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring microorganism activity is provided to monitor microorganism concentration and to easily construct a monitoring system. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring microorganism activity comprises: a raw water storage container(10) which moves through a raw water transfer line and circulates a part of the raw water; a transfer solution storage container(20) for storing a transfer solution; a channel transformation unit which is connected with the raw water storage container by a first connection pipe and is connected with the transfer solution storage container by a second connection pipe; and an injection valve(50) which is connected with the transfer pipe.
