摘要	PURPOSE: An error-detection method of a resistive humidity sensor is provided to prevent the malfunction of a device due to an error of the resistive humidity sensor by detecting the error from the voltage inputted in a delay period in which no pulse is applied to the sensor. CONSTITUTION: An error-detection method of a resistive humidity sensor comprises a step of receiving data in a delay period following periodic application of pulses to the resistive humidity sensor and a step of comparing the data and determining the occurrence of an error when the comparison result is the specific value.
