THE FINGER LANGUAGE SYSTEM USING IR(INFRARED RADIATION) CAMERA

PURPOSE: A finger language recognition system using a camera is provided to be resistant to an external environment in recognizing a hand image with an IR camera and to improve a recognition rate. CONSTITUTION: If a user takes a finger language motion in front of an IR(Infrared Ray) LED module and an IR camera, a personal computer recognizes the finger language motion according to the shape of a finger inputted through the IR camera. The personal computer recognizes the data of a hand shape and analyzes and calculates model feature values as mathematical model.
