PURPOSE: A health food composition for enhancing the immunity containing a red ginseng extract and a medical herb extract is provided to offer the excellent antioxidant property. CONSTITUTION: A health food composition for enhancing the immunity contains 5~70wt% of medical herb extract fermented for 3~6years. The health food composition contains an extra-high pressure-processed red ginseng extract. Medical herbs to produce the medical herb extract are saccharide-processed before a fermenting process.
