PURPOSE: A linear actuator is provided to suppress the slope of a slide table by suppressing the generation of moment when the slide table stops. CONSTITUTION: A linear actuator comprises a cylinder body(12), a slide table(14), a cylinder unit, a guide unit(16) and a stopper unit(18). The cylinder body is communicated with a fluid access port and comprises a pair of cylinder chambers, into which the pressure fluid is introduced. The slide table reciprocates along the axis of the cylinder body. The cylinder unit comprises a pair of pistons, which can slide along the cylinder chamber. The cylinder unit reciprocates the slide table under the displacement of a piston. The guide unit is attached to the cylinder body and comprises a flat guide block(92), on which a circulating path is formed. |
