PURPOSE: A backlight apparatus is provided to mix white light by changing blue LED and prevent the light loss. CONSTITUTION: A backlight apparatus comprises a guide unit(410) which receives a light emitting element on one surface of a frame, a light guide plate(300) which receives light from the light emitting element, and a transforming film(200) which is formed between the light emitting element and the light guide plate. Concave parts and protruded parts are formed on the guide unit by turns. A reflection layer is formed on the side part of the concave parts and the protruded parts.
