ACRYLLONITRILE-BUTADIENE-STYRENE RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING GOOD ADHESIVE STRENGTH TO URETHANE RESIN

PURPOSE: An acryllonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin composition is provided to ensure impact resistance, processability, and chemical resistance and high adhesive property when used for a polyurethane foam insulation layer. CONSTITUTION: An acryllonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base resin, 0.1~5.0 parts by weight of adhesion additives for polyurethane foam. The base resin includes (a) 20~40 weight% of a rubber-modified graft copolymer and (b) 60~80 weight% of a styrene-acrylonitrile resin. The rubber-modified graft copolymer is obtained by grafting an aromatic vinyl monomer and a cyanide vinyl monomer to a rubber latex of conjugated diene.
