Method for histo-bacterioscopic study of intestine includes tissue sampling, immobilization of wall mucous layer of tissue by means of gel, fixation of tissue in solution of formalin, dewatering in alcohols, clarification in xylol, soaking with paraffin and filling to paraffin blocks with preparation of microtome cuts of the blocks, de-waxing of samples , during cuts of tissue, type identification of bacteria and calculation of number of those. Immobilization of mucous layer of intestine is carried out through filling cavity of intestine with cooled gel that includes neutral formalin, fixation of tissue is performed with solution of neutral formalin with implementation of cytochemical study of cells of intestine. |
