PURPOSE: A communication system, base station, and communication control method thereof are provided to minimize interference between relays within a cell and to efficiently utilize the frequency-time resources. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(310) receives location information from mobile relays within a cell area of a base station. The communication unit transmits resource scheduling information to mobile relays. A control unit(320) generates resource scheduling information about mobile relays. The control unit generates the resource scheduling information.
