<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material segregation apparatus for a blast furnace top bunker, wherein the raw material is charged in the vicinity of an inner wall of the bunker to enhance the raw material segregation effect. <P>SOLUTION: A segregation distributor 6 is disposed at the top in the bunker 2 in such a manner that the segregation distributor 6 is rotatable about the center vertical axis perpendicular to a horizontal cross-section of the bunker 6 and that the vertically lower surface of this distributor receives the charged raw material 3 and has an angle larger than the angle of repose of the charged raw material 3. As a result, the separation distributor 6 is not liable to interface with the inner wall of the bunker 2 when the orientation of the separation distributor 6 is changed and the charged raw material outlet hole in the segregation distributor 6 can be brought into the vicinity of the inner wall. Further, the segregation distributor 6 may have a hollow circular truncated cone-shape which has an axis line extending at a downward angle and includes a cutout-shape on the inner side wall portion of the bunker 2 to stabilize the outlet hole for charged raw material and also, the interference with the inner wall of the bunker 3 can surely be avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
