<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a laccase by selecting species active in laccase secretion in a liquid culture from among white decay fungi and selecting, using various laccase-inducing components, highly inductive components and strains highly responsive to the components, more specifically, to establish a secretive mass production system for a high redox potential-type laccase in such purity as to need no refining step. <P>SOLUTION: A method for the secretive production system of the high redox potential-type laccase from Polyporellus brumalis, especially from a wild-strain Polyporellus brumalis IBRC 05015 strain (Accession No. NITE P-822), is provided, being characterized in including: using a copper-added culture medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
