PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reclining operation lever from being operated during an operation of a walk-in operation means. SOLUTION: This seat for a vehicle includes the reclining operation lever 11 for releasing the lock of a reclining device 3 for rotating a seat back 2 in a vehicle longitudinal direction, and the walk-in operation means B for operating a walk-in device for switching the seat back 2 to a forward tilting attitude and making the whole of the seat movable to a vehicle front side along a rail. A return spring 12 for returning the reclining operation lever 11 to its original state is attached to the reclining operation lever 11. The reclining operation lever 11 is constituted to be inoperative during the operation of the walk-in operation means B. When the walk-in operation means B is operated, the reclining operation lever 11 is prevented from being operated (in other words, the walk-in operation means B is independently operated).
