PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat accumulation material bedding which can keep cool/warm feeling for a long time by extremely simple construction. SOLUTION: The heat accumulation material bedding includes a heat accumulation material pack formed by sealing a gel-like heat accumulation material into a laminate film, and a cover for housing the heat accumulation material pack. An elastic flexible member having elasticity restoring force and holding a heat accumulation material in its inside is set in the heat accumulation material pack. The elastic flexible member carries out contraction/extension movement in the heat accumulation material pack corresponding to increase/decrease of a load loaded on the heat accumulation material pack to agitate the gel-like heat accumulation material in the heat accumulation material pack.
