PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous liquid cleaning composition excellent in cleaning effect and moisture feeling after cleaning without sticky feeling after cleaning. SOLUTION: The aqueous liquid cleaning composition is characterized by including the following components (A) to (E): (A) one or more cleaning surfactants selected from the group consisting of higher fatty acid salts and/or betaine type ampholytic surfactants, (B) a polyoxyethylene glyceryl fatty acid ester or a polyoxyethylene sorbit fatty acid ester having an HLB of 8-12, (C) diethylene glycol laurate, (D) 2-10 mass% of a liquid ester oil at 25°C composed of a 12-18C higher fatty acid and a 2-6C monohydric alcohol and (E) water.
