PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind pressure type engine control device accurately controlling engine speed by adjusting both intake mixture volume and intake air volume. SOLUTION: This wind pressure type engine control device includes: an air passage and a mixture passage respectively supplying air and mixture to a scavenging passage; an air control valve and a mixture control valve respectively adjusting the openings of the air passage and mixture passage; and a wind pressure lever 58 operated by receiving wind pressure of cooling wind W and driving the air control valve and mixture control valve respectively adjusting the openings of the mixture passage and air passage.
