THE ORIENTED POLYESTER FILM HAVING IMPROVED STRONG ADHESION WITH ULTRAVIOLET CURABLE INK AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A polyester film is provided to ensure an excellent blocking resistance and an adhesive property to UV curable ink and to enable the application to labels and graphics requiring beautiful and minute printing. CONSTITUTION: A polyester film with an excellent adhesive property to UV curable ink is obtained by: applying a mixed solution of a water-soluble hybrid-based emulsion and a melamine-based hardener to one side of the polyester film which is undrawn or drawn in monoaxial direction and is not heat-treated; and drawing and heat-fixing the coating material in a tenter part. The thickness of the coating layer is 0.005~1.0 micron.
