<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes trouble to capture images since settings need to be adjusted for each camera in order to generate a stereoscopic image. <P>SOLUTION: A camera system 12 includes a CPU 23 that sets differences of a camera head 10b with respect to a camera head 10a, and outputs a first control value to the camera head 10a and a second control value generated by correcting the differences to the camera head 10b. Further, the camera system 12 includes a timing generating circuit 22 which adjusts imaging timings of the camera heads 10a and 10b, and a video interface unit 24 which outputs images received from the camera heads 10a and 10b having the imaging timings adjusted and placed in imaging operations. A camera controller 14 includes a CPU 33 which outputs, to the CPU 23, instruction values, on which the first and second control values are based, for instructing operations of first and second cameras, and a video interface unit 34 which outputs an image received from the video interface unit 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
