PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a proper-temperature operation environment for a light source or a sensor, without causing deterioration in measurement accuracy or excessive enlargement of heat radiating mechanism. SOLUTION: A device is of a constitution, wherein a cell storage body 1 for storing a cell, a light source storage body 2 for storing a light source, and a sensor storage body 3 for storing an optical sensor are provided, and the light source storage body 2 and the sensor storage body 3 are arranged away from the cell storage body 1, and light guide tubes 91, 92 for guiding inspection light are provided therebetween so as to expose the light guide tubes 91, 92.
