PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary radiation noise to be received by electric elements from an external part or unnecessary radiation noise to be emitted by the electric elements to the external part. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: a card board 7 on which a card slot 8 at least a part of which is formed of metal and into which a recording medium can be inserted is mounted; and an element board 2 on which electric elements 3a, 3b are mounted. The card board 7 is disposed facing to a surface of the element board on which the electric elements 3a, 3b are mounted, and the card slot 7 and at least a part of the electric elements 3a, 3b are disposed to overlap each other when viewing from a direction orthogonal to the board surface of the card board 7.
