PURPOSE: An oscillator is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by imbedding a bias resistor in a chip. CONSTITUTION: In an oscillator, a bias part(100) receives power supply voltage and generates a constant voltage. The bias part includes A current compensation part(110) controlling the amount of current through compensating power voltage change and a temperature change A current mirror(200) controls the current generated in the bias part and to generate it. A ring oscillation part(300) generates proper frequency with the current supplied to the current mirror. A buffer unit(400) amplifies the output frequency of the ring oscillation part and output it. |
