PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a light emitting device package and a mask for manufacturing the light emitting device package are provided to reduce bubbles within a sealing material. CONSTITUTION: An electrode frame(30) which the first electrode and the second electrode are connected to is prepared. A package body including a cavity is formed so that the first electrode and the second electrode is penetrated. A light emitting device is established within the cavity of the package body in order to be electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. A sealing material(40) is injected into the cavity in a vacuum condition. The first electrode and the second electrode are cut and separated from the electrode frame.
