PURPOSE: A client with a network interlocking method of a portable electronic apparatus and a navigation are provided to offer a route data including a digital map that includes a migratory route of a vehicle from the portable electronic apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A navigation transmits one or more information among route information and destination information and second route information data to the portable electronic apparatus(S140). The second route information data includes vehicle location information by using a GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver. The portable electronic apparatus receives the second route information data that is transmitted from the navigation(S150). The portable electronic apparatus confirms whether a navigating operation corresponding to a received second route information data. In case the operation of navigating is confirmed, the portable electronic apparatus guides the second route.
