PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correcting device which effectively reduces leakage flux due to a magnet and which eliminates influence of magnetism to outside of equipment. SOLUTION: The image blur correcting device includes: a movable frame 41 that includes coils 42, 43 and 44 and that can move in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis of a photographing lens; a fixing support substrate 31 and an anterior support substrate 32 that removably support the movable frame 41 and have main yoke parts; permanent magnets 36 and 37 that are fixedly attached to the substrates 31 and 32; a sidewall yoke 38 that is bonded to a sidewall part of the magnets; and hall elements 96, 97 and 98 for detecting the position of the movable frame 41. The sidewall yoke 38 faces the sidewall part of the magnets, and functions as a magnetic coupling member in which a concave part is formed in a center part of a lateral face of a side face of the sidewall part of the magnets, and when a current for correcting image blur is flown to the coils 42, 43 and 44, the movable frame 41 is moved in an XY plane by an electromagnetic action to correct the image blur.
