PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation that has a long-lasting medicinal effect, imparts moisture to a skin, shows low irritation to the skin, is highly effective in ameliorating skin troubles and gives good impression at use. SOLUTION: The skin care preparation comprises (A) at least one or two biosurfactants, e.g. MEL, and (B) at least one or two chosen from bendazac, indomethacin, bufexamac, ufenamate, ibuprofen piconol, suprofen, butyl fulfenamate, vitamin A oil, diphenhydramine, diphenhydramine hydrochloride, chlorpheniramine maleate, isothipendyl hydrochloride, diphenyl imidazole, clemizole sulfate, crotamiton, glycyrrhetinic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, methyl salicylate, glycol salicylate, allantoin, guaiazulene, diclofenac sodium, ibuprofen, zaltoprofen, naproxen, flurbiprofen, fenbufen, mefenamic acid, piroxicam, ampiroxicam, licipfen, tenoxicam, felbinac and olcenon.
