PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program development support device which can reduce complicatedness in the development of a program for a multi-core processor. SOLUTION: The program development support device is configured to support the development of a program to be executed by a multi-core processor, and includes: a creation means for analyzing the program, and for creating a list table in which the function information of a function included in the program is associated with core attributes for enabling a user to set the core of off-load destination; and an insertion means for specifying an off-load target function from the core attributes set by the user, and for inserting description for off-loading the off-load target function on the basis of the function information.
