PURPOSE: A device for attaching a functional film is provided to attach the functional film to an LED substrate without remaining a bubble between the film and the LED substrate. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of small LED lamps are installed on an LED substrate(10) to a predetermined interval. A device for attaching a film(20,30) attaches the functional film(15) without interfering the LED lamps. Recesses are formed on the corresponding position of the device for attaching a film surface. The device for attaching a film is a roller shape. |
